This number is free, even from a zero credit phone, and open 24 hours for children and young people up to the age of 25 years old. Adults can also call to report concerns for a child or young person, or to seek advice about a child or young person they are worried about. You can learn more about phone counselling here.

You can SMS a problem or question to a Child Helpline Cambodia phone counsellor by sending a message to 1280 (free) in English or Khmer using English (sometimes called Latin) letters within Cambodia. We will do our best to reply as soon as possible.

We are located in Phnom Penh but do not publicize our address to protect the identity of our phone counsellors.
