If you would like to speak with a Child Helpline Cambodia phone counsellor about a problem you are having, phone us on 1280 within Cambodia. This number is free, even from a zero credit phone, and open 24 hours for children and young people up to the age of 25 years old. Adults can also call to report concerns for a child or young person, or to seek advice about a child or young person they are worried about. You can learn more about phone counselling here.

You can ask a question or ask for information here if you have an email address and a Child Helpline Cambodia will reply within one to three days.
SMS
You can SMS a problem or question to a Child Helpline Cambodia phone counsellor by sending a message to 1280 (free) in English or Khmer using English (sometimes called Latin) letters within Cambodia. We will do our best to reply as soon as possible.

If you are an NGO or member of the public who would like to learn more about Child Helpline Cambodia and operations or wish to make a donation, please phone us on (855-23) 224 841. You can also email us at cambodiachildhelpline@gmail.com and we will do our best to reply as soon as possible. We are located in Phnom Penh but do not publicize our address to protect the identity of our phone counsellors. Appropriate government and NGO visitors are always welcome to meet with us but should contact us to make an appointment.
