Just type in your question below and the counsellor will email you back in one to three days. Your question and our answer will not be published on the website and you don't have to tell us your name, age or province unless you want to - you can learn more about our guidelines on confidentiality here if you have any concerns. If you don't have an email address, you can still contact a counsellor.
